Be Careful – You really need to do your own research and then and only then be comfortable you are joining a company based on integrity and honesty.

You need to be paid fairly for the hours you are going to put into your network marketing business.  That is right, you can spend a lot of time only to find out your company pays say 10% and others are paying up to 50%.

Also it is so much more rewarding to be with a company whos upline are not so caught up in their egos.  They are actually willing to help you.

I have not always been a fan of network marketing.  I used to think it was unethical to rope family and friends into my business.  This view came about due to a  lack of information and lots of misunderstanding.

Once I got an understanding of how network marketing works I could clearly see that it is an ingenious and simple way for everyone to win.

It eliminates a lot of middle men therefore making profits available to all.  Why not profit on the goods we are buying.  If we buy them at a retail shop then we know for sure who gets all the profits and it is not us.  Network marketing allows everyone to share in the profits in a positive and generous way.

Now that I see the money coming in I have changed my mind, I am a big fan now.

Lucky for me I have great products to market so that makes it too easy for me.

This concept makes perfect sense.  We are helping others by making available good quality products and also giving people an opportunity to get ahead in life by either earning more income or owing their own business.   Read this free eBook and you will not only feel much better about network marketing but more importantly you will be inspired to continue knowing you will be part of a committed team of people who are willing to support you.

Do lots of research and be sure of the Network Marketing company you plan to join.  Make absolutely sure you are confident the support will be on-going and not just there while you are joining.  Be confident you know the comp plan and that you will be paid fairly and promptly.

Not all MLM companies are the same, some pay very well others don’t.  Some people have to build very big downlines to see some money come in.  You don’t want that you want to make money right from the start which will encourage others to join you.

Which dog are you ?   Why would we choose to be on the small bed ?  That is exactly what we do to ourselves and do not allow the comforts life has to offer.

Your mind is being programmed everyday. Either you’re doing it yourself, or somebody else is. If you’re not in charge, then you’ll really struggle for success in network marketing.

Are you letting the radio, the TV, the internet, the newspaper, or friends & family program you? If you are, then you are definitely being programmed for lack & limitation.

If you’re in your car with the radio on, that radio has a tuner. You can tune in hundreds of radio stations. Those radio waves bombard you with negativity all day long. You are being programmed.

Do you turn the TV on and just leave it on while you’re home? Again, you’re getting constant programming. This stuff, at best, is trivial. At the worst, it’s very, very negative.

And when you’re programmed with negative garbage by radio & TV several hours a day, 7 days a week, 4 weeks a month, 12 months a year, year after year after year – it takes a toll. You develop a negative outlook on life and your MLM business – often without even knowing it.

Learn To Program Yourself

What happens with your mind, subconsciously, when negative friends & family members are talking to you? You are being programmed.

Success Requires That You Get Rid of the Negativity Forever

It’s critical to be honest with yourself. Do you want MLM business success so much that you’re willing to pay the price of giving up TV, giving up radio and giving up negativity. 

How Do You Stop The Negative Chatter In Your Brain?

First, you learn to train yourself to turn off that external negativity. That bit of negative programming you run into everywhere can bring you down for days and make you doubt yourself. You’ve got to stop that from happening.

Next, you learn to re-program your brain with positive self-talk.  When you are out  and about or driving say positive things to yourself over and over again.

The reason this is so powerful is, when you stop the chatter, you can truly, truly listen to people. And THAT is the skill that is so critical to your success in both business & personal relationships.

I will believe in you until you have the strength to believe in yourself.

If you tell a story, people will remember, because people think in pictures.  They have the picture of your story in an instant and they remember and pass it on.

A good story or ad should contain:

  • A Catchy Headline or Opening
  • A Promise, Benefit, or Reward
  • An Appeal to the Wants, Needs, and Desires of your Target Audience
  • A Solution to a Problem of your Target Audience
  • A Call to Action

Here is a great example of powerful storytelling that transcends many barriers, including language and species.  If you can stop laughing long enough, note how Master Story Teller Klaatu42 appeals to his audience with:

  • A Powerful Headline – Food!
  • An Appeal to his Wants, Needs, Desires and Insatiable Canine Appetite
  • Popular Keywords – fridge, meat drawer, bacon, beef, steak, chicken, cheese, cat

The story comes up a bit short in the Solution and Call To Action categories, but three out of five ain’t bad!

Every time we see a company or downline explode and go away, it does so because of the same 2 reasons: GREED and EGO.

True leaders are Mentors with a Servant’s Heart. It’s never about the money.

No Money Focus = No Greed.  Build people and people will build the business.

People are people.  They are not numbers.  They have goals, dreams & desires.

Network marketing is not a sales business. Network marketing is a teaching & mentoring business. The track record & attitude of leadership is critical. When you’ve joined a business and someone calls you, telling you to make a list of your friends & family, I can promise you that they do not have a system.

It is the reason for such high failure rates in MLM. It’s Really All About Target Marketing. You’ve got to find people who will raise their hand, looking for you and/or your product, your service, your opportunity. Too often, somebody calls you up, pitching you. They don’t even know who you are. They don’t care who you are. They don’t care anything about you.

I’ve heard certain network marketing leaders say, “It’s a relationship business.” And many of these people have never built a relationship with anybody. Nobody on their team would want to go on a one-month cruise with them.

Some “Leaders” Don’t Even Want To Be Around Their People At Convention! Why? It’s all about the greed & the ego. Do they ever help the person who’s been squashed by life? Do they ever pay for the next guy going through the toll gate? Do they ever just freely give their time to mentor others, expecting nothing in return? Do they ever use their income to buy good tools for those in their group who are obviously trying to build?

No, they don’t.

You truly have to care about people. You won’t have the greed and the ego. And THAT is the kind of person who can build a huge network marketing business, because you will attract people just like you! Be that person, not the superstar who doesn’t see what is happening with his downline.
